This is the first post of my blog .
Things are so busy at the moment that I decided to make a central place for me to communicate with my friends and family and share some of the cool things that I find online everyday.
I work very hard and spend countless hours behind the PC, so whenever I get a chance I am outdoors, enjoying the very best of what living in a small seaside town has to offer.
This is also a fun way to practice my craft of website development and get to know as many people as possible.
The best friends are found in the most unexpected places, so please feel free to join in and consider yourself a friend.
I live in Margate on the Kwa-Zulu South Coast of South Africa and work full time as a Digital Innovations Specialist for Pocket Media – South Africans Leading Mobile Marketing Strategists.
I also have a dealership for Vox Telecoms and market the Vox ADSL Phone and their suite of honestly prices telecoms products as well as assist companies to grow their brands through the leverage of Social Media
I absolutely love my job and it brings me many, many hours of pleasure and fulfilment.
But …. when the work is done and its time to play, my second love and all consuming activities are Fishing, Cooking, Old Rock n Roll Vinyl Records, Playing Electric Guitar, Romancing my Wife and Playing with my son James Dylan.
I have quite a collection of pets. Three Fish Tanks, a Bonsai Dog, 2 Tarantulas, Bantam Chickens and am looking at getting a Staffie soon.
I fish at the local spots around Margate and at a few recently discovered secret spots.
I am pretty old-school and traditional when it comes to fishing and am lovingly perfecting the art of drift bait and top-bung methods.
To finish off the introduction, I also have another great love and that is entertaining and cooking for my family and friends.
I worked in the hospitality for many years as a waiter, barman, restaurant manager, industrial catering manager and chef.
When my ship comes in, I am most definitely going to open a small restaurant.
Only when I don’t need the money and can enjoy the day-to-day operations – without the usual pressures.
